La proposta di progetto degli interni e degli spazi di lavoro si basa su una serie di concetti definiti dalle seguenti parole chiave: riconoscibilità, accoglienza, trasparenza, sostenibilità, flessibilità, rispetto e libertà, equità, comfort.

The project proposal for interiors and workspaces is based on a series of concepts defined by the following key words: recognisability, reception, transparency, sustainability, flexibility, respect and freedom, equity, comfort.

Un esempio sul piano tipo di come si possono articolare gli standard d’uso conferma che, l’estrema regolarità ed adattabilità, della griglia rendono le fasce molto flessibili per la collocazione di standard d’uso, siano essi uffici chiusi o aree open.nLa profondità della fascia open verso l’interno della corte garantisce una articolazione di postazioni adattabili a esigenze numeriche importanti ma anche ad avere la possibilità di collocare spazi condivisi, articolati e interessanti.nMancando l’indicazione sulla composizione dei gruppi di lavoro, le loro necessità di vicinanze e legami, l’esercizio è necessariamente teorico ma mette in evidenza le potenzialità delle dimensioni, la correttezza delle scelte modulari e dimensionali e la coerenza dell’articolazione degli spazi complessivi.

An example from the reference floor plan of how the usage standards can be organised is that the extreme regularity and adaptability of the grid make the zones highly adaptable for different use cases, including closed offices and open-plan areas.nThe open-plan section on the interior courtyard side is deep enough to accommodate large numbers of workstations, but can also be adapted for shared spaces that are varied, structured and engaging.nAs no information was available about the size of working groups and how close they needed to be, the exercise was theoretical. However, it highlighted the potential of the spatial dimensions, the soundness of the modular and dimensional choices and the consistency of the spatial organisation.

Il progetto prevede una quota di lavoro svolto in modalità remota con il 17% di rotazione, si sono ipotizzate funzionalità di spazi legate ad nuovo modo di lavorare inserendo aree smart working, che aumentano gli spazi di supporto per migliorare scambi, socialità e lavoro collettivo. Qui è proposto un 35% considerato una buona base di partenza per incrementi futuri: aumentando la rotazione del personale si possono ampliare gli spazi ed aumentare le attività da svolgere con nuove modalità operative, migliorando il comfort lavorativo.n(dati computati secondo le tabelle C&W e RICS).

The design takes account of the fact that around 17% of work is carried out remotely on rotation. The concept included spatial features linked to this new way of working, with the inclusion of desk-sharing areas, increasing the support spaces, to improve interaction, socialisation and group work. A good starting point for future increases is thought to be 35% remote working. If staff rotation increases, the space can be expanded and activities can be increased through new operating methods, to improve the comfort of employees.n(data calculated according to C&W and RICS tables)
